I'm going to see if I can find some online, because there isn't any in my grocery store. The package I have I got in Amish country a couple years ago.

Brooke, red raspberry leaf is helpful in preparing the uterus for birth, a lot of women (since ancient times) have sworn by it to have an easier delivery and easier pushing phase. For me, it has really made me feel better in these last couple weeks of pregnancy. I don't feel as sick to my stomach or tired. (I'm 38 weeks.)

Is the tea already made, or do you buy tea bags and make it yourself? Also, should it be cold or warm, or does it matter?? I've also heard that this tea can jump start labor, anyone know if that's true?

My local grocery store did not carry the tea made with actual raspberry leaves, but I found it at GNC in our mall.

JL, it's not supposed to jump start labor, but it does tone your uterus and make it work more effectively when the time comes.

You can also buy the herbal supplement that comes in a pill at GNC that is what I used with my first pregnancy. You take one pill a day from about 37 weeks on.
