My dd has been daytime potty trained since decembe. Latley she has been going #2 and sometimes #1 in her pants. WHY? What do I do!

The first thing I would look at is she fighting any sort of stomach bug? If not, then what has changed recently from her perspective? Is she upset about something? I don't know if it will help but I will share my story since the same thing happened about a month ago. My three year old son started going purposely in his underwear. He has been daytime potty trained for quite some time so we knew it was deliberate. I had a sit down talk with him, and eventually got it out of him that he was upset that I was spending so much time with his brother, who was sick at that time. So basically he did it for the attention. I told him that he and I were going to have some time together, just the two of us, everyday, and I have kept my word. I also explained that he is a big boy, and he knows how to use the toilet, so going in his underwear is not ok. I told him if he did it again I was going to have to take away his Thomas videos. He understood. I wasn't angry with him, but needed to make the point that it wasn't ok. Every night at bedtime is now our time. Lots of hugs, kisses and I love you's, I read to him, and he tells me about his day. Sometimes he talks about what he hopes to dream about that night. Bedtime takes a little longer, but it is worth it. This week he has even started using the toilet at night. It has been seven days since he woke up with anything in his pullup. Tonight we are trying big boy underwear! Best of luck to you.
