Can You Have Mid Range Average Hcg Levels With Twins

I am wondering if ALL twin pregnancies have high hcg numbers, and if not, how common is it to have regular (in range) levels and be pregnant with twins?

I know a couple women that have had low HCG levels and had twins. HCG levels are not reliable for indicating multiples. Yes, most multiple pregnancies do have high HCG levels but so do a lot of singleton pregnancies. I don't know how common it is to have normal range level with a twin pregnancy but I do know that it is not impossible.

Search on google for a chart that shows the hormone numbers for singletons and multiples, and you'll see that the average twin pregnancy falls within the "normal" range for HCG counts.
