Personally, I didn't experience anything different, other than being extremely tired. I didn't find out that I was carrying twins until my u/s at 13 weeks (I am now 20 weeks). At that point I was also bigger than anticipated but thought it was due to it being my 4th time pregnant. The first trimester went on with the same symptoms (more or less) just as the others did. I have read however, that moms of twins may experience some symptoms sooner or more intensely (like nausea). Good luck!

not necessarily. Some gals have extreme symptosm some have none to speak of except as missed period.

I had extreme pregnancy symptoms in the beginning of my twin pregnancy. I had my son 9 years before and had no pregnancy syptoms. With my twins I was very tired and sick immediately. I had the fastest positvie on the pregnancy test. I was convinced this was a girl because I felt sooo different with this pregnancy them my last. At 5 and 1/2 weeks I found out I was having twins and the dr. said that could be why I had such extreme pregnancy symptoms.
