First Ultrasound Shows 3 Babies 1 In One Sac 2 In One Sac

when to the doctor for ultrasound they saw 3 babies , one in one sac who maybe doesn't has a heart beat, the other é is in one sac, one is one week older than the other, so a week later went again for ultrasound it shows only one baby, is it possible, 3 babies now only one baby ?

It is sad to say but it is possible. I was pg with twins and my dr told us at the beginning that we would probably lose one of the twins. When you are pg with multipals, most of the time your body will just reabsorb the miscarried baby. Mine took several weeks to reabsorb but it ca happen faster then that. How far along were you for your first u/s?
