HCG Levels Amp Twins Showing Earlier Pelvic Pain

First off, I don't go to the Ob-gyn until tomorrow. So don't know when they'll actually know EXACTLY how far along I am (don't know if I get an ultrasound tomorrow or not). But, my quantative hcG results were 140,614 and a website I looked at said I'd be between 7-8 weeks...so this week I'd be 8-9 weeks. Is this high? Is this a surefire way to tell approx. how far along you are? Also, is this high or normal? I'm already showing, quite a bit. I'm a slim woman, only 112lbs. before I got pregnant..and I understand slim women show earlier sometimes? I also have severe fatigue, headaches, and extremely bad lower back and pelvic aches. Does this mean anything? This is my 1st pregnancy, no idea when I conceived. The first day of my last period was February 5th, BUT I had just stopped birth control after taking it for 5 years about 2 weeks before Feb 5th. AND I had an ultrasound (due to an infection I had in January to be sure it had cleared up), on March 1st, so wouldn't they have seen something small and tiny at that point? And I had a qualatative HCG test the following Friday, March 11th, and it came back negative, as did a home HPT that day. SO I don't think I can be that far along...

ANYONE???

you usually have higher levels with twins. I am just over 12 weeks pregnant with twins. I am just starting to show. I also have pelvic pain but I don't think that has anything to do with twins. My Dr. told me that it is because the uterus is sitting right in there but by my next check up in should have moved up. I don't know if this is going to help you or not. Hopefully they are giving you an ultrasound tomorrow to pin point the date. My guess is you are due late Nov.
