In october I had a ultrasound done because my family doctor thought I had a kidney infection, but during the ultrasoundme and the technician heard a heartbeat. And after that the technician want me to take a blood test. So I told my gyn when I finally went to the gyn today to see my midwife for my annual appointment, and she said everything looks fine, like my uterus is smalland normal, but I went to the doctor to see if I could take a pregnancy test, but during the procedure as she brush my uterus so she can take some samples to make sure I didn't have no std's. I was in soo much pain, so to make a long story short. She claim I can hear my heart in a ultrasound when they put the instrument over my stomach, Is that True? And I had started light bleeding, could that be implantation blood or what? Please let me know something, somebody??

Yes you could hear your own heartbeat during an ultrasound. It would come from the mesentaric artery or the abdominal aorta. If they could not see a gestational sac or fetus then you have no worries.
