According to the findings of a study on the psychosocial factors in bulimia during pregnancy conducted by the Norwegian Institute of Publish Health, pregnant women suffering from bulimia have a higher instance of depression and anxiety than do pregnant women without bulimia. The full study has been published in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry.
