Tips For Preventing Pregnancy Headaches
Headaches are one of the most common pregnancy complaints. Some of the ways to prevent the onset of headaches when pregnant are: get an adequate amount of sleep each night, allow yourself enough time for relaxation during the day, eat regularly and eat healthy because low blood sugar can cause headaches, drink enough fluids, get enough exercise, reduce your stress, and limit your intake of caffeine.
