Pregnant Women Should Exercise
Healthy pregnant women should engage in moderate levels of exercise while pregnant, even if they did not regularly exercise prior to becoming pregnant. High-intensity exercises should be avoided. Researchers have discovered that exercise can ease back pain, lower blood pressure, reduce swelling and decrease the instances of depression among pregnant women.
