I currently have a job in which I travel frequently. My plan is to take 6 months off and find a job where I'm not on the road...breast feeding would be too hard!! I just resigned today so only 2 weeks left...alittle nervous b/c I've never not worked.

I currently work form home, so going back to work is not an option. Thankfully over the December period things slow down and I will have at least a month with our baby girl before all the hectic office work starts again. As far as breast-feeding is concerned I can breast feed on demand. It's not easy to decide what to do and most moms don't have a choice. Just love the time you have with baby and good luck to all of you out there.

I'm only 16 weeks and a few days pregnant and am really tired, exhausted and always on the verge of tears. I had planned on working until at least mid-October in order to have a year with my baby. But these days, I'm wondering how I'll make it until then.

I'm really worried about what life is like as a single parent? I will be one of those, with out child support as well. Daddy is nowhere around. I really fear what my life is going to be like in a few months. I have to work full time and will be putting my child in daycare during the day. I figure I'll work weekends so I can have my sister babysit during that time and that way I only need to use daycare 3 days a week. I would have my parents do it but they live in a different state. I live on my own. It will just be me and the baby. I'm really worried that life as a single mom is really as hard as I fear. I'm so afraid that I wont be able to afford it. If I had child support or at least daddy there to do anything, I wouldn't worry at all. But because I don't and I've never met a girl that has done it ALL on their own before, I'm really scared.

I have not been working since I was four months pregnant due to complications with my blood pressure. It has been my husband alone to handle the bills and it has been a struggle for him. I would love to stay home at least for a year with our son but may have to go back to work sooner. My husband has said we could struggle still until the baby is four months, so I can get an opportunity to breastfeed and bond with him.
