I myself want the surprise on delivery day....however, I know a girl whose mom went to the ultrasound with her and her husband. They didn't want to know right away, but the grandma found out. The mom and dad to be made two registries....one for a boy and one for a girl.....and the grandmother- to- be deleted the one that was not the sex of the baby her daughter was having. The mom and dad- to- be would find out what they were having at the baby shower.....and all of their family and friends were in on the surprise!! This would require that you don't peek at your registry!!! I thought it was a really neat idea!!!
