I am nine weeks pregnant right now and have had morning sickness/food aversions for over three weeks now. One thing that really works is having popsicles or italian ice. Anything ice cold just soothes my stomach!

It is odd that I cant put the proper year for my Due Date. Of course it is 2009 and not 2007. Anyway, what I do is take Zofran. They come in 4mg tablets. However, for me the 4mg tablets was not enough. So, my doctor said I could take 2 4mg tablets for a total of 8mg. But, a side effect of Zofran is a horrible headache. And, I got the headache at 8mg dosages. Therfore, I am now taking 6mg dosages by splitting a pill in half. It is the perfect amount for me. It relieves my nausea and I do not get headaches. Ask your OBGYN if you can take this drug too. It is amazing. I wouldn't be able to work or eat without it.
