I'm a nervous wreck all the time. I can't eat. I can barely make it to work. I don't know how to calm myself down.

I am 36 weeks pregnant. I started getting panic attacks 6 months before I got pregnant. I have gone through my whole pregnancy without panic attacks but they started again this week. I am so scared of the labor pains and I am scared or being a mother again. I wonder why people with panic attacks have irrational fears.

I'm 24 wks pregnant and my anxiety has gotten out of hand. I suffered from severe post partum depression with my last child and have suffered from anxiety attacks since she was born 3 years ago. So now all I can think about is, will the birth of this child be the same way which puts me into an anxiety attack just thinking about? I do deep breathing excerises and try to relax.

I'm 24 wks pregnant and I've been getting quite a lot of jerking movements from my baby. My other friend decided to frighten the life outta me when she told me about this girl she knew whose baby jerked all the time and the cause was fluid on the baby's brain. Unfortunately the baby died. She really scared me as my baby has been jerking alot..

Yes, sometimes I feel like I can't breathe and get anxious over everything. I just think of my baby and try to get a movement. This reminds me to be excited and I realize that this feeling won't last forever.
