I am pregnant with my 3rd child and just found out at my 20 week ultrasound that he has the bright bowel (echogenic bowel). I am really worried and wondering if he is going to be ok. My 2 boys were born happy and healthy. They have had no types of health problems at all. I just don't understand what could be going on.

So I'm almost 23 weeks now and I have barely felt any movement. I think I have felt a couple kicks, which I would describe as maybe like a little "bump" in the tummy. I'm worried that something might be wrong causing my baby to be so still.
