I'm worried I made the wrong choice in having a mid-wife instead of a doctor! I thought mid-wives were supposed to explain things more than doctors do, and they're supposed to be more helpful all together. When my mid-wife asked if I had any questions, I asked if it was normal to be having a few chest pains. She never answered me, she just wrote me up a note, and the next thing I knew, I was in a wheel-chair being brought to the emergency room, just so they could tell me I have gas!!! To top it off, I just paid the ER bill for $500!!!! Is that what a mid-wife does???

I'm in my 16th week. I started my pregnancy at 112 lbs. I was up to 121.5 four days ago. Since then, I've lost 2.5lbs. Should I be worried?

I have been getting flutters for a couple of weeks now, and they seem to be coming less frequently. I am only having my first ultrasound next week and am very apprehensive, although me belly is growing, and i have just been getting growing pains, and no blood so maybe i should just stop being paranoid.
