I'm pregnant with our first and I'm scared to death about losing the baby. I'm 9 weeks & 2 days, and it seems as though my nausea has really left me already....this worries me so much! So far I haven't had any spotting or anything throughout the whole pregnancy so I guess that's a good sign, but I'm just so scared that my baby stopped growing or something is wrong. Can nausea subside this early?

I am 34 and finally pregnant. I was pregnant once four years ago and once before 10 yrs ago. Both those times I had suffered with HG (severe vomiting). I had to abort for health reasons. Now I am six weeks pregnant, counting from the first day of my last period. I have not a single sign of nausea. Whilst grateful, I am totally scared that something may be wrong. Like not enough HCG or something (Like MC and Christelle below). And i am afraid of a miscarriage. To make it all worse, when I had my first scan on the 25th. The Gynae placed my pregnancy at four weeks and three days based on the rather small embryo. Only 1.2mm. We also didnt see a heartbeat. From all the reading (thank God for internet), I have discovered that most signs are normal. Only thing is that I need to know if there are any women/girls/ladies out there who have suffered with HG with one pregnancy and then with another everything was ok. I have even felt queasy yet...

I hope everything goes okay! I had a long emotional battle to get pregnant and now I finally am, but I get very worried that something will happen. I am so happy but also so nervous at the same time! I feel like it everything is fake since I have wanted to be pregnant for so long! Good luck! I wish you the best!

i am in constant worry that i am going to lose my baby! I have a son who is 13 and that was when i was single. i am now married and my husband and i had been trying,we finally got pregnant last summer and i was 4 months when i had a tiny bit of bleeding no cramping no nothing, went in for a random ultra sound and the dr said our baby had no heart beat, we were devastated, i had a painful dnc surgery, and had to go through labor still its a long horrible story. Well after 2 months we started to try again and tada i found out that i am pregnant and due in october of 2008. It is still soooo early and im scared to death that its going to happen again, and that now that im older i have something wrong with me,i have nightmares about it! any advice or encouraging words would help.....

at the stage where all my own clothes stil fit but some just look a mess and they just dont sit right over my bump.
