Hi Ladies I've read that one should avoid sleeping on their back during pregnancy as this may cut off oxygen supply to baby. I'm 19 weeks pregnant and feel more comfortable when i sleep on my back. Is it still safe to do so at this stage???

I think that the worrying does more damage that what people would care to believe. The stress can cause so many complications. If you think positively, you will get positive results. And if you think negatively, you attract that negativity. When I was 6 weeks, I thought I was having a miscarriage, had these huge blood clots, and was going through so much stress with my boyfriend. After I had seen my gynae, she cleared all my worries, showing me where the blood clots came from and letting me see my beautiful healthy baby's heartbeat. Since then, I kept myself positive, and every feeling I get, whether painful or weird, I realise that it's my baby growing and it's all normal. I am 17 weeks now, and baby is as healthy as eva, the beautiful long spine and the cute heartbeat is what I keep in my mind and my heart... Stay positive and strong, and read and study about pregnancy--the mind is a powerful thing!!

I rolled over on my heating pad while asleep! Baby is kicking and moving but I'm still worried. I took a cool shower when I woke up and realized what happened. Hopefully everything is alright. I seem to worry about everything now! I didn't worry about anything until I reached my third trimester. Is this just hormonal (the worrying, I mean)

I was told that my baby has Echogenic Bowel and it most likey will go away. If it doesn't than there was a slight chance that it could be virul infection or cystic fibrosis. Has anyone had this and had it go away. How long does it take to go away?

this will be my second child but my fourth pregnancy. i am 7 weeks now and really excited! i'm also very worried as i've had a miscarriage before so i'll be glad when the 1st 3 months have passed and the risk of miscarrying will decrease. i've been feeling sick all day everyday but only actually been sick once!
