I'm 9 weeks and only 22 years old. My boyfriend and I are not married, and neither of us has very steady jobs. Parents were the first ones we told, especially since we don't live near them. My mom was probably the hardest, since I've always tried to live up to her expectations. She took it a lot better than I thought. Besides that, I told some people at work, just so I could change a few shifts so I wouldn't be at work when my morning sickness hit. I guess the only reason we haven't told many people is...we don't know how to bring it up really.

I am only 5 weeks pregnant, but I am already dying to tell my family. I feel like maybe I should wait and tell them after I have my first OB appt. I don't know if I can wait 3 whole weeks though. What should I do?!

My mother actually knew before I did, how weird is that? I was just talking to her like normal and she busted out, 'Are you pregnant?' I hadn't even started to show!

My baby is 3 months and a half old and I just started my 3rd month of pregnancy again! Almost 10 weeks. just my mother-in-law knows. We haven't told no body else. Something funny is that I hapened to see the other day a college professor I didn't see for while, when he suddenly asks: so when are you due? I gave birth! I said. Oh, oh, how's the baby? He said. Ha Ha! If he only knew...

Gosh! The first-time preggies seem to say it as soon as we know. Unfortunately, I too had a miscarriage and now that I'm pg again, I'm trying not to tell the world this time. Hubby, two sisters, and two friends know for now. Last time, I sent Christmas cards and told people, then wham! lost the baby as soon as they hit the mail system. I still had people who I hadn't seen in a while calling to congratulate me in March. Not fun. I'll try to hold off until the end of my 9th or 10th week. We'll see...

I'm 7 weeks along today and I've already told my two best friends and a close friend at work. And I told them within days of finding out. I couldn't keep it a secret from everyone. And now we're debating when to tell our families. We live several hundred miles from both our families so we could keep it a secret for months to come, but we're getting anxious.
