I find it very hard to sleep at 37 weeks pregnant.

I am just about 26 weeks and I am finding it very difficult to get up in the mornings. I do have a lot of back problems that are unrelated to the pregnancy, however I assume my sleeps must be awful because when I wake up I feel like I haven't slept in days.

I heard that sleeping on your back causes problems for the baby, including making it hard for baby to breathe.

I'm 28 weeks and I find myself wanting to sleep all the time. I go to bed at a decent time and don't really wake up to go to the bathroom yet. I'm not sure if it's because of my job. I work on a family dairy farm. It's very demanding but my father is my boss so he knows that I can't really do much anymore now that I've entered my 3rd trimester. I'm not sure if there's anything else going on that could cause me to be so sleepy, but I hope to find a solution soon.

I am 38 weeks and indeed it's getting harder. I find taking a bath before I sleep, then reading a book or magazine, helps to relax and fall asleep more quickly. I do wake up every 2 hrs for a pee and I've also noticed I am getting numb on my hips. Going for a short walk during the day does the trick and I don't get the numbness. Sleeping on my left side is definitely more confortable in order to avoid trips to the toilet throughout the night. I also avoid having anything to drink after 9 pm.

I find that I am not sleeping well. At times, I feel sleepy, but I do not get a sound sleep. Because of this, I have developed really dark circles under my eyes
