I find that I am not sleeping well. At times, I feel sleepy, but I do not get a sound sleep. Because of this, I have developed really dark circles under my eyes

I have just hit my third trimester. It is getting very hard to sleep. I have a back and belly pillow, which has been good to throw my legs over. But in the morning my hips hurt so much. I am afraid I am getting arthritic from this.

Try placing one pillow down horizontally and then another pillow down vertically on top of this. Then add one more pillow down horizontally and you should have a t-shape. This really helps to support the neck, back and head. Thicker pillows work the best and provide you with the most support.

I'm 36 weeks pregnant and finding that I don't sleep as much as I used to. I can get by with about 6 hours instead of the 10 hours my body was craving before. Maybe my body is trying to prepare me for the fact that I won't have a full night's sleep for the next three years once baby comes!

All these pregnant mommies that haven't hit their 3rd trimester yet, I feel your pain.
But it only gets worse
I am 38 weeks pregnant.
All I do is sleep.
It's hard though because of the bladder waking me up 5-6 times in the night. I wake up at 9, dehydrated, go and take a nap at 12 in the afternoon, and wake up when my husband gets home
It sucks.
But the best advice I can give to you is to use a boppy pillow and a normal pillow. It will help you stay asleep and keep you from rolling over on your belly or your right side.
Good luck

i'm 3 months pregnant and i have a habit of sleeping on my stomach. i dont't know what to do because i know it's bad for my baby. i also sleep on my right side instead of left. and also when i'm sitting down my legs and arms tend to feel numb, like that feeling you get when they fall asleep. i'm not sure if this is normal. also, my bladder is not allowing me to fall asleep. i have to urinate almost every 5 to 10 minutes.
