I am in week 37 and for the past few weeks I have been sleeping sitting up with one of those back pillows with arms on the side, a firm pillow behind my head and another firm pillow under my legs at the knees. It totally works for me. Sleeping on my side is becoming uncomfortable and I always wake up on my back which I know is not good....

for most sleeping problems, i have used these tips. heat up a mug of milk before you go to bed. also, eat turkey (not cold, deli meats can harbor bacteria). they both contain a natural chemical that causes drowsiness. also, if it's just too painful or uncomfortable, invest in a body pillow. they come in all shapes and sizes, so you're bound to find on thats really comfortable.

I normally sleep like the dead and totally uninterupted. Now I'm pregnant (28wks) I am awake at the slightest sound, have to pee several times a night and after each toilet visit it can take me ages to get back to sleep. But the sleep is very light I find myself tossing from side to side as I get uncomfortable nowadays staying in one position too long, so I spend all night rolling from side to side and repositioning pillows under my bump! Sorry, no tips, just tired and fed up! And I know it will only get worse after bubs arrives. Joy.

Ok, so what is with all of the strange dreams? Is it hormones or what?

I already had one baby I am now on my second and I never knew sleeping on your back could be bad.before I was preg. with my first I always slept on my belly. I got used to not sleeping that way because it was so uncomfortable. I also couldn't sleep on my sides. I always fell asleep on my back. I do get dizzy in the morning but not as soon as I wake up.
