I haven't been sleeping well at all, and i've also been having the wierdest dreams. I thought that the reason why I couldn't sleep was because I moved the bed to a different place in our room, but now i'm thinking it's the pregnancy.

I cannot sleep at all....I'm sure everyone is aware of the constant bathroom breaks which in turn causes you to be awake all night long. I'm am seriously losing my mind. I'm so tired.

I could only lay on my left side. But sleepless night due to frequent urination. Gets tensed up as I could not sleep when I am actually very sleepy. Pity my husband. Each time I wake up, he gets up too.

I was sleeping for 12 hours every day for the first 4 month of pregnancy then till i was 29 weeks it was 7/8 hours a day and now its 4 if that whats wrong with me is this right?

I almost break down when I don't get sleep even after trying for 2hrs. I have started taking warm milk before hitting bed and its helpin (to some extent). Don't lie on one side for too long it starts paining more. If possible, get ur husband to give u a back massage.

I can't sleep on an empty stomach, so i try eating a small snack before bed. It also aggravates me because me husband will not stay on his side of the bed and one day i'm going to knock him off
