I started getting uncomfortable about 6 weeks ago and let me tell you I didn't think I would ever be able to get my discomfort under control, but I have found a pillow that really helps me to sleep better and longer through the night. It might sound silly but try using a boppy pillow - you can get one in just about any store that sells pillows. It fits great around me and feels great on either side. Just put it on the bed right where you sleep and climb into bed. It really makes side sleeping more comfortable.

My husband laughs and asks me if I have enough pillows. But I use six pillows to stay comfortable. I also switch to one side to another about five times (because my arms and hands fall alseep). It is really hard to sleep.
