Hi, I am pregnant with Identical Twin Girls :) I am 30 years old and have 4 other children, ages between 1-11. Our girls were alot unexpected! I am now 29wks and my Dr. seems to think I will go term (36wks) with these little ones, which is very surprising considering my pregnancy has been very hard and stressful. In the beginning, I had morning sickness so bad, I was getting sick up to 7 times a day, I didnt gain any weight until about 20 weeks. We found out at 19 wks that the cause of that was that I had Twin To Twin Transfusion, I had an Amnio, and it was corrected, That was the scariest news I have recieved in a pregnancy. We were told our girls probably would not make it...but they are holding on strong, and at 28wks of my pregnancy, they weighed in at 3lbs and 3lbs 2oz. and guess what...it was my "smaller" baby that weighed more! I keep saying they are meant to be here because they have sure been fighting for it, and the reason Im making it so far is because they have already had their fight, they dont need or want another. Im also at that point in pregnancy where all I want to do is see and hold them, but I know its coming soon and Im so excited!! Take care to all of you, I know how rough and scary it is, but be strong and believe, because it can turn around if its a rough pregancy, if not... you are very lucky.Congrats to all!!!

I have a 2 year old daughter and am now expecting twins boy and girl. I'm 36 and will be 37 when they will be born. I am a little scared but since my parents and in-laws live far have hired a nanny to help me from birth. I am so pleased though that my pregnancy has been going very well - no morning sickness, not many cravings and I have only picked up 7kg's.
