My fraternal twin boys are 5 months now and they are a lot of fun! Once the 3 month mark hit they could feed more efficiently and not cry all the time for milk. I am still breastfeeding and it is so special I am glad I perservered. I mastered them feeding simultaneously at 3 months and as soon as I could my confidence level "doubled"- they were both happy at the same time! Feeding for twice as long was hard in the beginning but a good automatic rocker for one baby, lots of books to read and a pair of cordless earphones for watching the TV all made it a little more enjoyable.

29 years old, miscarried due to blighted ovum last year, and now pregnant with fraternal twins - 8 weeks as of January 15th. My only possible clue was all of the nausea (2-3 times per day!!!) No fatigue, in fact, quite the opposite - I can't hardly sleep or stay asleep! Saw them on U/S both with similar-sized and shaped gestational sacs, fetal poles about 1mm apart in size, and both with good heart beats!

Hello All! Just found out I am 8 wks preggo. Having difficult time understanding it all but was told after the u/s the babies have their own sacs but do share a placenta, so the are "identical twins".. Does any of this make sense? Anyone with any 411 please responds. Need all the support I can get -- thanks

I had identical mirror image twins and for all of you experiencing morning sickness ask about preemesis Rx, it is a prenatal vitamin that helps you reduce morning sickness. It worked great for me. Don't worry that weight will go away. Try same schedules and always try to nap when they do, the first few weeks are the hardest but routines do work. My girls are 5 now and they are very energetic but watching them grow is amazing.

I am new in this country and I am 33 years old. I miscarried last year on 7th week. Now I just found out that I am pregnant with twins. I am in my 6th week. I saw a nurse for my 1st ultrasound and she said that Baby A is smaller than Baby B. Both babies have a heartbeat. My next appointment is on 8th week with the Nurse Practioner again. My question is when do you see a real doctor? I insisted on seeing the doctor and they still want me to see NP.
