I am new in this country and I am 33 years old. I miscarried last year on 7th week. Now I just found out that I am pregnant with twins. I am in my 6th week. I saw a nurse for my 1st ultrasound and she said that Baby A is smaller than Baby B. Both babies have a heartbeat. My next appointment is on 8th week with the Nurse Practioner again. My question is when do you see a real doctor? I insisted on seeing the doctor and they still want me to see NP.

I'll be 34 weeks pregnant tomorrow with twins (identical boys) @ my dr. appt. last week one weighed 4.4lbs & the other 4.5lbs. They are both breech, so i'm scheduled for a c section on valentines day. I'm hoping i will go into labor before then:) I had morning sickness for the first 5 months, my ankles, feet, and hands are swollen. I weighed 125 when i got pregnant and i weigh 207 now, so my knees hurt. I asked my dr. today if i could get my c section date moved up, and they said no, but it is still possible for me to go into labor before then. I thank God ive made it to 34 weeks with no complications at all, but i also pray to God I go into labor in the next couple of weeks! I ve noticed that this pregnancy is getting harder as time goes on, but my advice to all is to continue to take vitimins, get pleanty of sleep/rest, drink lots and lots of water, and when you really cant get sleep due to all the aches and pains etc. check with your dr. & see if tylonol pm is ok for you to take, tums works pretty good for heart burn, & you will get extra calcium the babies need. Take Care & hang in there!

When I first found out that I was pregnant with fraternal twins, I felt very scared. I was very sick at the beginning of my pregnancy. Now I'm very tired alot and don't have a lot of energy half of the time. I'm still getting used to caring for my body properly.

Hi! I am pregnant with twins and I am terrified. I'm 20 years old and this is my first pregnancy. I've probably changed one diaper in my whole life. I am excited to be a mom, but I am nervous that I'm not very big. Does anyone else get full really fast? I haven't been able to keep more than three bites down at a time.

I delivered a set of fraternal twins on 3-27-2006. At 35 weeks and a day. Water broke. When I say twins are a lot of work....Sleepless nights, twelve to eighteen diapers a day, cans and cans of formula, I tried the breastfeeding for two months: ) Oh my goodness! Washing, cleaning, get ready to wear puke for the first four to six months. They are nine months now and they still puke on me. But I love them sooooo much and would I change it. Never. Just keep thinking to yourself, it will pass. It won't last forever and before you know it they will be crawling and talking, and then you'll wish they were little babies again. But whatever you do, improvise and plan.

Hang in there girls! I am 28 years old, have 2 little boys and am 34 weeks pregnant with boy/girl twins. My husband and I are thrilled and so excited to meet our little ones! I never had morning sickness with this pregnancy, which was clue number one that something was up...with the first two pregnancies I was miserable for months. We just had a Dr. appt. today and another sonogram, the babies are 4 lbs 13oz and 5 lbs 7 oz! I couldn't believe they were that big already! Dr. says that he isn't going to schedule my c-section (one baby is breech) until week 39! I'm already measuring 46 in (uterine height) and my waist has gone from 27 inches to 56...I can't even imagine how big I'm going to be when this is all over, but I know a few more weeks of misery for me means that I'll bring home big, fat, healthy babies!
