I'm due in 4 days, and my doctor is going to induce me in 6. I am one cm. dialated. My family is coming on specific dates and I don't want them to be hanging around waiting or miss the event so my doctor agreed to induce and said it wasn't any more stressful to me or the baby. I'm going to try the the natural methods first in the next couple of days.

I'm 38 weeks and getting pretty anxious but I don't want a medical induction. With my sister's 3 pregnancies she was induced 3 times each kid! The last one only worked because the doc accidentally broke her water. She said it was horrible. Induction increases chance of needing a c-section or forceps delivery and apparently it means a lot stonger contractions. No thanks! As much as I want to meet my child - I'll wait!

my first daughter was induced because i was 2 weeks late& i wouldnt dialite. im only 36 weeks and im sooooo ready for this baby girl to get here.i wish i could be induced on the 4th of july.my back is starting to hurt & im getting so nerves about labor.im cramping mildly .i almost wonder if im starting something naturally.

im 40 weeks and getting very impatient and restless waiting at home for labor to start. tried just about everything walking. sex, spicy food ect nothing. i hope the doctor will induce soon otherwise ill go insane.

This is my third child, the first was two weeks early, the second was two weeks late and 9.11lbs this one I'm told is even bigger, my doctor doesn't even suggest induction.
