Guys, I know what you are going through is hard. I played the mental torture game on myself for quite a while, but somehow managed to put cigarettes down the second I found out I was pregnant. Don't ask me how I did it, I just knew it was something I had to do. I am writing though because I see that many of you are about to take on the challenge of quitting. Well, It has been 4 months for me and I can say that I still have cravings and still smoke in my dreams, but it does get easier. I haven't smoked pot for over a year and still have dreams about that too. That's the nature of the beast I guess. I just want you all to know that just because you want and need it, you really don't and will feel much better without it. Keeping busy is key and staying away from the routine of it as much as you can. I used to love to sit on the balcony with my coffee and a book in the morning, but that had to stop. I changed everything about the way I live and do things. I also had to realize that there is always going to be something to stress about, so I took the stress on as a challenge to breathe fresh air and love it! I wish you guys the best, not just for you, but for your child. You want to be around for them don't you? Much love...
