you know i have to tell you all that it is not a great idea to quit cold turkey while pregnant due to that thows your body into stress and that is not good...even the doc will tell you that so stop beating yourself up over a few cigs here and there I would say don't go out a smoke a carton a day but a few is not so bad ( :
