CheChe -- prometrium ABSOLUTELY can work! I am living proof. I was exactly like you -- absolutely no problems getting pregnant, just problems staying pregnant. After my first miscarriage, I got pregnant again right away and started prometrium around the 4th or 5th week -- one week after a positive HPT. My doctor said I could choose to take the pill orally or vaginally; I opted for vaginally because I'd read it works better.
