OK girls; I need help. I'll do some internet research today about this new issue that I apparently have. I had my Doc's appointment last night to get a requisition for my BETA and also to talk to him about our next steps with no being able to conceive in 6 months now; since my last miscarriage. I told him I was experiencing major weight gain then loss and extremely bad acne etc...He checked my chart again and noticed I had issues with my left ovary (full of cysts). The Doc at the Fertility clinic says not to worry; and my family Doc is telling me that he thinks this is what is stopping me from conceiving lately. He want's to put me on METFORMIN. ( I have to research this). I'm just so tired of being told to just continue trying while others are telling me I have issues to clear up first! I really don't want to have another miscarriage and I'm seriously considering going to the USA for a second opinion. Does anyone take Metformin as well as prometrium?
