Hey there SarahMarie...join the group! Isn't prometrium fun? I took it with my first pregnancy after I knew I was already pregnant and spotting. More than likely you will be like all the rest of us and have to continue through your first trimester. I had to take it up until 13 weeks and then I could stop it. It truly worked and I have a beautiful 2 1/2 year old to prove it. I am currently trying to get pregnant again and having difficulty. They now have put me on the promtrium starting day 17 of my cycle to see if it helps me stay and get pregnant. This is my 5th month trying and no luck yet. Today is day 11 for me, so in 6 more days I get to do the vaginal suppositories twice a day. You know what I will be doing over the next 5-6 days:) Hopefully this will be my month and I can move forward. Wish me luck:) As far as the no sex thing in the first trimester I was never told that...however, I was WAY TOO sick to even want it...more power to you girl!
