I take it 3 x a day; so, it's agressive because I have an extremely thin lining. So, demand it...and have your blood checked afterwards to see your levels increase. For me, after all these years...they only just figured all this out and I feel we waisted perfectly CRUTIAL time. I'm in my 4th month of trying to conceive with the help of Metformin to help equalize my blood sugars due to PCOS and also taking CLOMID to increase the amount of eggs and then I take my prometrium on day 17 of my cycle. You need to get this drug into you ASAP and guarentee you won't miscarry EVER again. Just read all these postings and it will encourage you! Good Luck and take care.
