Chantal - that is a good question about when to calculate ovulation. But here's what I wonder -- do you HAVE to start the prometrium before your next missed period? Would you still be in the clear if you just waited to start the prometrium until you miss a period? or do your doctors think a fertilized egg won't even implant without a base of prometrium helping it along? So many of us started taking prometrium AFTER we conceived. Is that an option for you? That way you might at least be able to keep track of your ovulation more accurately? Ugh!
