Hey Anna Marie! I have mine pierced, the first time I didnt take it out until I went to the hospital and had to have an C-section. It did fine I even had my pregnancy pictures done with it in. I still have it and it looks great, I plan on leaving this one in as long as I can threw this pregnancy, I have heard dental floss tied in a double loop works and doesnt pull at the skin because you can make it as big and loose as you want if you are worried about stretch marks, but I think its all in how you carry you baby... if you get them or not, I havent seen pregnancy belly rings if you find um let me know!!!
