I had three embryos transfered. It was a pretty painless procedure. I was told to be on bed rest for 24 hours, but decided to give myself a little more time. I stayed in bed from Friday, the day of the procedure, until Monday afternoon. I don't know if that is what helped or not, but I basically wanted to do everything I could to make it work.
