I took 50mg clomid one round on days 3-7. I conceived fraternal twins the first round. My doctor was shocked. In her 6 years of experience I was the first patient to get pregnant with twins after using clomid. She initially told me not to be discouraged if it took a few rounds to get pregnant (at all) .
