It doesnt mean that just becoz they are mature that it will be released in to the fallopian tubes (ovaluation). The pregnyl injection is given when the eggs are mature to make sure they are released within 36hrs after then injection. your firtile time would be 3 days from the 36 hrs ending.Thats when u need to try for a baby. will keep u updated.
