NikkiM- I only tested + on the Ovulation predictor sticks when I was ovulating. I bought mine in bulk from e-bay because my cycles were really long and I usually didn't ovulate until day 19/20, but I didn't want to miss it if it came earlier so I always tested from day 10 on. I had really bad luck with the Clearplan Fertiliy Monitor - it always told me I was fertile. Obviously NOT! Metformin is a prescription med. that is used mostly by diabetics. It has been found that women with PCOS are often insulin resistant so taking this drug (even alone without other meds) can help in regulating a cycle for those with PCOS.
