Hi, Nikki M, clomid pain is common things and once you ovulate it will go a way.You should ask your doctor to do blood test and semen it is very important.Becose you ha POCS, like my friends, doctor will ussually put you on clomid stright a way.If you dont conceive within 3 rounds on clomid, you should check as well tubes.Clomid is good medication for ladies before 40s and millions womens conceived succesfully arround the world.Chanse to have multiples are very small, but if your doctor monitoring you all should be ok.I had pain on clomid last month during intercorse, but this month not.So every cycle is different.I had IUI last friday cd12, and I am worried becose nurse couldnt see properly on U/S how large are my eggs.Had on left one 19mm and other smaller about15mm.O right had one large 23mm egg or cyst and one very small egg too.I dont know what to think and dont have any feelings what will happend.Semen was good 60 millions with 90% motility, morphology good as well. When she try to inseminate me she had to use small plastic nidle, large one wouldn go easy trough my crevix, so had some spotting as well. She gave me on friday morning 8am trigger shoot and IUI was at 1 pm, I am worried that semen couldnt survive till O wich should happend within 12-36h.They prefer semen to wait before O.Now waiting progesterone test on friday to see if I ovulated. If not pregnant next time will have injectible gonal or purogen, becose this was my cycle 3 on clomid.I do O naturaly and all test and semen are ok, but not pregnant yet.I am not nervouse, honestly I am totally flat with no any feelings.Good luck girlls baby dust to all.
