I took clomid for three months before I finally became pregnant. We tried forever (2 years) and I was only 22. My baby girl just turned one last week. We have decided to try for another baby (been trying for 4 months with no luck). I have irregular periods and will probably end up going back on clomid. The longer I took it the worse the symptoms got. The hot flashes were the worst. I would wake up in the middle of the night dripping with sweat! But in the end, it is all worth it. Taking the basal temp. is for the birds, but it really works. Stick with it!!
