Haveboxer, I missunderstood you. I thought you meant when your cm was like egg whites...that's when it's great. I've never heard about using an actual egg white. That sounds like a bad idea, I don't know though. Also, about bedding. I think it depends on your husband. If he's under about 33/34 I bet you could do it every day for about 6-8 days from around 3 days before O to 3 days after. But be sure to start on day 7/8 or so with at least every other day. There's also something about how hairy a man is. I know it sounds cliche, but the thicker his beard and the daily 5 o'clock shadow usually means they're a little more fertile. If your husband is like my brother-in-law, who only needs to shave once every 4 days -- then I would recommend bedding every other day. With my other children we bedded every day, and it always worked. This time my husband is almost 38 however, so we've done and are planning to do BD on 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 17, 19. I should O around 15. Trying4twins, I'm on day 14 and I also have pains on both sides simultaneously. I also cramp every month during O, but this is stronger than that. I'm hoping it's because I've made a mature egg in each ovary...I don't know though. But my best friend has done IVF many times, where she is on gonal F shots. Her ovaries are always stimulated to the point of making approx. 18 eggs and hers have never ruptured. The doctors just tell her to "take it easy" for a few days and use a heating pad. And on clomid (which is far less powerful than gonal F), I don't think there's anyway I could have made anywhere close to 18 eggs; so I suspect "taking it easy" will shortly fix the pain. My friend also has developed cycsts from the gonal F, but again, they've gone away on their own from "taking it easy". I think there's a lot of women trying to scare u/p clomid takers by saying we will rupture our ovaries, when I believe the risk is rather small. MZwest, I don't know if Astro-glide is sperm friendly. I'd love to see what you find out about the Wal-mart stuff. I'm loving this post...everyone helping, nobody chastising. Good luck to all.
