Hi, I have never had twins but your beta levels look like they are right on schedule. There is a thread called: Beta levels in early twin pregnancy. Check it out. On the 18th you would have been about 5 weeks and thoughs levels for a single can be as high as 7340. Sorry I cant be of more help.
