I have heard of this before. I know of someone who claims they were the second child concieved while their mother was already pregnant. He was born severaly small and his growth is stunted.
I also believe I read someone elses relpy about being told they had miscarried then months later were still pregnant. That can happen. I was told that I had miscarried a week later my levels came back as if I was still pregnant. It turns out I originally had been carrying twins but lost one. The one that survived I didnt carry full term she was born a little over a month early. She spent two plus weeks in the NICU. While I made my seven trips up a day to see her I witnessed many things. Babies almost as small as the mouse for my computer. Babies weighing in less then a pound and nearly a dozen sets of twins along with one set of five. Babies fighting against the odds and surviving.
