What you are referring to is a uterus that has a muscle lining dividing it. There is one vagina and one cervix. No you cannot have two vaginas and two cervicies. There is one vaginal cavity and one cervix leading to a biphasic (two sided) uterus. And when you get pregnant either side it implants on the suit is followed the same for any other pregnancy in a woman with a non-biphasic utereus. I have been in medicine for years and I have about 10 ob/gyn people that all have been in practice for over 15 years each person and they have never seen or heard of this bull. Get a book on anatomy and physiology and then get a book specializing on the pathophysiology of uterine abnormalities and conditions of that area then come talk to us.
