No, it is not. Once a woman becomes pregnant, her body stops ovulating and concentrates on the development of the new fetus(baby). It is impossible to get newly pregnant as the uterine lining has already adapted to the present placenta, no other implantations will survive even if artificially introduced which would be extremely bizarre (to date there are no studies that say otherwise that I have read so far, I really don't think anyone is even looking at this topic!)
