Hi there, yes it increases your chances slightly..I also took clomid, with Folistim shots, and Ovidrel HCG trigger shots and had IUI done,.....I am having twins. This time when I conceived i had only two target size follicles..it was a monitored by a Dr. I also conceived my 14 month old son this way. It took three months each time but it worked. I know that clomid along can cause thinning of the linning so then the egg can't implant. Hope that all goes well for you. I was completely shocked and I will be39 when my twins are born and my son will be 17 months.
