Healthy - I seriously doubt that many women have conceived trips on 25mg of clomid. I have never even heard of a dr that would rx less then 50mg. I dont know what you have been reading but it all sounds wrong. First, women who are fertile do not have any higher chances of conceiving multiples on clomid then a woman with fertility issues. All clomid does is helps the follicles that you have mature faster. This doesnt make you ovulate more eggs. Clomid only gives women a 6% chance of having twins and less then 1% chance of having high order multiples. I have been on this site and many others for over a year now researching fertility and fertility meds. The majority of women who conceived multiples were given some sort of injection. Some of the women got the hcg (trigger) shot which makes you ovulate any mature follicles. Or there has also been a higher success rate from the gonal F shot. Both of which have to be prescribed. If you are interested in u/p clomid then I can recogmend an online pharmacy where you can get it. I think that you can get 60 50mg pills for about $45 including shipping.
How to take clomid:
You need to know what cycle day you are on beforer you start. The first day of your period (actual flow) is cycle day 1 (cd1).
Dr's usually start women on 50mg on cd5-9. This will produce better quality eggs. Most likely to result in the conception of 1 baby.
Some women take clomid on cd3-7 to help produce more eggs. The risks with this is that the eggs are not as good of a quality so when you ovulate the egg(s) may not implant.
