Mama-Bean, I ovulate normally but my RE prescribed clomid to thicken my endometrium due to reccurent miscarriage. When I mentioned my concern about multiples, he told me that the REAEASE of multiple eggs is very rare due to clomid. Yes, it happens but ovulating normally doesn't really mean much. Several follicles may mature (perhaps more than in a woman who does not ovulate regularly) only one is likely to become dominant and release it's egg. He is not concerned about multiples.
